High CPU on Terminal Server

I had an issue with a VM that needed a lot of CPU. The CPU was above 50% although only a few users were logged on.
In task manager you could see that the spooler service was the culprit

Solution : go to spool folder, stop print spooler services, clear folder and start print spooler again

(spooler folder location is c:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ )
