Problem ‘This computer does not have a VMware View role.’ when you generate view connection server log bundle

Solution:

  1. Run CMD.exe as an administrator (right click on CMD and choose ‘run as administrator’)
  2. cd C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware View\Server\DCT
  3. type:  cscript vdm-support.vbs
