vCops NetApp Adapter – Relationship adapter no longer needed for NetApp adapter starting from vCops 5.6

After my previous post “vCops NetApp adapter and Relationship Adapter – Configure and Install” ,  there is an update : the Relationship adapter is no longer needed starting from vCops 5.6 for my NetApp Adapter to work
Again, many thanks to Alain Geenrits for helping me with this !

After removing the Relationship adapter and changing the NetApp Configuration Adapter it now works without 🙂
Change it by logging on to the Analytics VM and do
cd /usr/lib/vmware-vcops/user/plugins/inbound/netapp_adapter3/conf
vi netapp.properties
   -> and add a line: RelationshipSyncFlag=true
write the file
:wq
After that do a redescribe
